Why when I go to buy services, do my call credits not cover the cost?
Services are built on a standing order meaning you will be billed for this separately, whereas call credit is available to be topped up as and when needed.
Why are my calls not routing correctly?
Ensure your PBX (Private Branch eXchange) is configured correctly and if the issue still occurs please contact sales@fuse2.net
How do I add call credit?
In the top right corner, you will see a pound sign icon (next to the shopping cart icon) and a small plus sign. Simply click the plus icon and this will bring a small pop-up out on your screen, here you can select the amount you would like to deposit into your account. Once you have selected the amount you will be redirected to the Stripe secure pay page, where you can complete your transaction.
Where do I find my SIP Trunk registration details?
Navigate to the SIP Trunk page and in here you should have visible to you the details of each SIP Trunk you have purchased. If you do not see any SIP Trunk details on this page, you will need to purchase a SIP Trunk. If you have however purchased a SIP Trunk and still can not see any details, please do contact support@fuse2.net
I cant find a phone number in the prefix that I need?
Contact sales@fuse2.net and one of our sales managers will assist you with your request. If a number is available, they will provide you with a quote and will get the phone number loaded into your platform.
