The Challenge

Infinitel faced the challenge of modernising and streamlining their communication infrastructure to support their growing business needs. Their outdated systems struggled with increased call volumes and lacked the flexibility necessary for expansion. Infinitel needed a robust, scalable solution that could deliver high-quality voice services, ensure reliable connectivity, and integrate seamlessly with their existing workflows. Finding an answer to everything

The Solution

We implemented a Cloud SBC for a South African MS Teams deployment, providing SIP trunking for over 500 users to ensure seamless connectivity. In Australia, we set up a CloudPBX using in-country SIP breakout and VPS servers, which we fully manage and monitor for optimal performance. For various clients, we have delivered multiple connectivity solutions and SMB VoIP systems to enhance their communication infrastructure. Additionally, we provided managed call center solutions in the UK and India, ensuring efficient and scalable support tailored to regional requirements. Through these projects, Fuse2 has demonstrated its expertise in delivering robust, innovative, and reliable communication services.
